Fourteen years ago, Viv Bintoh made the move herself - from the United Kingdom to Vernon Hills, Illinois.  She arrived in a new country with a new address, unfamiliar systems, and the kind of questions that do not have easy answers: Which community is right for my family? Which school district? Which street? What does this place actually feel like to live in?

She found the answers.  She put down roots and her two boys are now enrolled in District 128 and District 73.  She built a life so woven into Vernon Hills, whilst commuting to Chicago downtown, that nearly 14 years later, she is the person other families call when they need to do the same thing she once did.

That is one of the reasons why Viv Bintoh became a real estate broker.  Not to sell homes but to guide people through one of the most personal, high-stakes decisions of their lives, which is the kind of understanding that only comes from having lived it yourself.
